One day an American customer contacted us on Alibaba. She was selling diaper bag on Esty and Amazon, asked if we could produce below style diaper backpack. She would like to order 200 pieces.

As a great mother of two children, she designs the diaper bag herself because could not find what she needs. Something different, unique, affordable and functional.
Customers love her design, offer many feedbacks! Now she wants us to help her make new version diaper backpack.
Cared details very much, she asked a lot of questions. I could see that she is very concerned about this project, gave her some advice to improve the details.
"I need some time to make a decision", she said. "Sure, looking forward to your reply", I said.

Many days later, she sent a message to me, she said she still remembered me and wanted a bag sample. We spent much time discussing the materials, structure, pockets etc. After all the details confirmed, I informed the sample department to make bag samples.
Sample was finished and sent to her several days later. Loved the details so much that she increasted the order quantity.
Actually, this backpack is complex and hard to make. Sample master and I spent much time to discuss how to deal with the details. We are happy that our client loved our bag!

After the receipt of 30% deposit, we started to purchase materials then went to production. Everything went well and I sent her production pictures so she can know the progress.
Defective bags will be picked out, only qualified bags should be packed into the carton. We adopt AQL 2.5 to make sure all the bags sent are qualified then there will be very less/ no complaints.
Her customers love the new version diaper bag and made good comments. She was very happy and give us more development.

Client said she received 3 complaints totally, but still very happy. The stiting and finishing are very good.
As we promised, we refunded the 3 bag money to her and informed our production team those complaints. Issues would not exist in next batch. We care every client and are responsible for our products.
She has a lot of ideas and a good mind for business. Even though her order quantity is not big now, but we want to support her.
What impressed us was that she said she hoped her own brand become one of the famous diaper bag brands in the USA market, althought her business was just beginning.
